How will I know when an item is back in stock?
We like your enthusiasm! Sign up on the product page to be notified when an item is back in stock.
Does a portion of product sales really get donated to charitable organizations?
Yes! A portion of the profits from each sale goes to NYC youth shelters and non-profits. A lot of our community is made up of young people and we wanted to do something to have their backs. One of the first organizations we’re working with is New Alternatives – check them out!
What’s the best way to clean my plush toy?
We suggest that you surface clean your plush toy, using a mild detergent when needed.
What’s the best way to care for Uncute underwear or socks?
Machine wash, cold. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. For best performance, hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
When will I get my order?
Most orders arrive within 2 days. But it can take longer, it's a pandemic out there!
Where can I find my tracking number?
Look inside yourself. Jk! Your tracking number will be sent to you by email.
How can I use coupons?
You'll be able to enter your coupon or discount code during check-out! It’s the second step, right before confirming the order.
What is your refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days as long as products are in new condition. One exception: Underwear, socks, and apparel are final sale because any other policy would be kind of gross. Contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to original form of payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary based on your country of residence, shipping method selected, and luck. If you think something’s gone wrong please contact us.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Sometimes it can take a few days for tracking info to update.
